While there will be countless parties and events throughout the weekend, The Punky Reggae Beach Party is sure to be the talk of the town when the night is through. Make sure that on Saturday, August 31 you are at Manny’s Beach Club for the party of the weekend. This party is the obvious choice with no cover charge and performances from two up-and-coming bands from Arizona. The first band, RAC is no stranger to the Rocky Point atmosphere having played here before, this 5-piece reggae band brings a dubby sound with great vibes. Another Arizona local band performing is the 5-piece band Valley Love. This band is bringing a fresh mix of reggae, hip hop, jazz and blues to the shores of Rocky Point. Check the bands out on Facebook and Reverbnation to hear their music! These bands have done well in the Local Arizona scene and are excited to bring their good vibes to Rocky Point.
Amidst the relaxed atmosphere of the reggae concert, there will be a beer pong tournament in progress at Manny’s Beach Club. This blend of good music and good fun are sure to make this party one to remember. Look out for the members of Valley Love and RAC on the beer pong tables.
