Azul Mariposa features two wraparound balconies on the both the front and the back of the property, giving guests gorgeous views of either the serene Sonoran Desert or the stunning Sea of Cortez. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, wireless Internet, and satellite TV.
Another property, Casa de Colores, feature unobstructed views of the beach from three of the five bedrooms, and also has a separate casita on the property for additional privacy. Lastly, the Las Palapitas property began as bed and breakfast, so it offers the best in terms of privacy for guests, and each bedroom has a king size bed. Las Palapitas is literally steps from the water and is a gorgeous place for your Rocky Point vacation!

Although the beach is always our number one answer, Rocky Point Zipline, Paseo de la Duna S/N, La Choya, offers a fun and inexpensive adventure for people of all ages, flying 150 feet over the desert floor for about 850 feet, it will give everyone a new perspective of their Rocky Point experience.
We want to make the most out of our time in Rocky Point. What time is check-out for FMI Rentals?
Generally, guests must check out by 11 AM, but arrangements may be able to be made for later times.
Do you have larger homes on the beach?
FMI Rentals offers all sizes of homes on the beach, including our largest now, our 6-bedroom escapes.
Do you have any breakfast restaurant suggestions?
Max’s Restaurant and Bar, Local 13 Calle 13, S/N, Centro, is known for its hearty American-style breakfasts and their giant Bloody Marys, served in footlong mugs and offering a spicy start to your day.
What kind of amenities are your kitchens stocked with?
Our kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need to make a meal (minus the actual food and drinks), and feature all the small appliances too, including coffee makers, toasters, and blenders for making your favorite tropical drinks.
