A fitness center will help you keep up with your exercise routine if you don’t consider frolicking in the surf enough, and a sand volleyball court because, well, can you really consider you have been to the beach if you don’t get tagged into a beach volleyball game? A computer room will allow you to keep up with your work if you don’t bring your own laptop, a barbecue area is always redolent with the scent of something wonderful being grilled, and nearby palapas give you a place to eat your grilled goodies while staying shaded from the bright rays of the Mexican sun. One free parking space is invaluable in a resort community, and 24-hour security will give you peace of mind, knowing you don’t have to worry about your family’s safety.

You may think that our 1-bedroom rentals in the resort would be best for couples in love and although you are correct, romance is the vibe of these sweet escapes, families can choose these smaller escapes as well, offering space for as many as 4 guests. And even though there will only be one bathroom, the lobby of Marina Pinacate offers its own bathrooms, in case of emergency. Most of our weekend rentals in Rocky Point will offer views of the sea, while all will feature fully equipped kitchens, laundry closets hiding stackable units, and a vibe of romance, peace, and love that will enhance your Spring Break experiences.

The 2-bedroom rentals in the resort allow for even more merriment as up to 6 guests can room together, sharing not just two bedrooms, but two bathrooms as well. Pick a 2-bedroom just off the beach and spend as much of your time outside as you do inside, soaking up the serenity of the Sea of Cortez. Inside, the spirit of Mexico is reflected in the colors and décor of the condo, offering walls painted the hue of beautiful jewels and upholstery and linens that are equally colorful, as well as classic Mexican tiles (in the bathroom and the kitchens) sure to bring a smile to your face at first sight. More Is Just Right
Our 3-bedroom condos at the Marina Pinacate Resort will offer space for up to 8 guests and some offer an equal number of bathrooms (but no fewer than 2) practically eliminating morning traffic jams when all 8 of you are trying to get ready at the same time. Offering arched doors, deep soaking tubs, and all the comforts of home, just as in the 1- and 2-bedroom condos in Puerto Penasco, the décor reflects the colorful beauty of our Mexican homeland. We love color down here and that will be immediately apparent to all who step inside, but if you are a neutral gal or guy, you will be able to find something that matches your style.

The list of amenities in the condos we offer in Marina Pinacate is a long one. We don’t believe in the less is more philosophy of life, we believe that if you think you need it, it should be there. Our kitchens will be furnished with modern appliances, including small ones such as coffee makers (or Keurigs), blenders (Margaritas at sunset, anyone?), and toasters that allow guests to stay in on a lazy Tuesday morning instead of rushing out to find a breakfast restaurant that the entire family will agree to.
Bedrooms may offer their own televisions, high-speed internet will give guests the opportunity to work from our homes, of course, those deep soaking tubs will give you a wonderful way to relax before going to bed. Some units will offer shelves lined with books, movies, board games, and puzzles, because everyone knows that a vacation is the best time to spend more time with your family and these extras make those moments fun and memorable.
