Life in our coastal village is a casual one and summer days (and nights) can get quite toasty so when it finally comes time to load up your suitcase, short’s, tees, casual sundresses, swimsuits, and flip flops are all you will need.
The sundresses come in handy when you want to leave the beach to enjoy a margarita at Wrecked at the Reef, and flip flops are the only shoes you will need as you explore the town, its shops, and of course, its sandy beaches. Sunglasses are highly recommended and if you don’t want to look like a lobster, sunscreen and sunhats should be added to the mix. And don’t forget your passport. The days of being able to cross the border with just ID or birth certificates have long passed.
Plan on Beach Days and Nights
Yes, the food is delicious here and the shops are inexpensive, but we know it is the sandy beaches that brought you our way and you know that you will want to spend as much time as possible exploring all the delights a day at the beach can bring.
